Some of the functions of the Kaldi Fortis semi-seasoned coffee roaster have been changed!
- While operating a component called a heat shield, now it is used to open and close it with the lever.
After improving the rear of the drum, it was changed because there was an experiment result that fixed type was desired rather than
opening and closing operation funtion.
So please refer to this condition before your purchasing.
This is a wide model upgraded version of Kaldi roaster’s main product.
Although it is a small class, it is equipped with front emission, insulation, and dual thermometer.
It is a semi-convection type also includes Kaldi’s unique technology, Heat shield.
In addition, a natural draft type is standard.
And adapter for connecting the Charff collector, which is a separate device, a forced exhaust type is also available. It is never small.
