This theodolite is an angle measuring device and is designed to measure horizontal and vertical angles on the ground with an accuracy of 30 ″. TT50 - repeat theodolite. The pipe has internal focusing; a compass can be mounted on top of the pipe. In this device, “enlightened optics” means reducing light loss when passing through the lens (a thin film of silica is applied to the lens using a 0.5% aqueous solution of acetic acid). The tripod is detachably connected to the upper part of the theodolite, which allows measuring the angles of three using a tripod method .
