Shipping
Merchandise will generally reach you
within 15 business days
after dispatching. But just in case, please check if your package is detained in the costum clearance, or is it already sent to the destination once when you're not there.
Once the item is dispatched, the tracking number will be provided.
Please note that we

ship costumes and large items to addresses like
PO BOX or Military Area (AA/ AE/ AEO/ APO/ FPO)

Refund
