Sokkia SHC-5000, 2 years old, used but rarely.  Kept in the office and used in light GPS conditions.
Purchased for 1 project and rarely used when not on that job.
Loaded with Windows 10 and Topcon Magnet software (and Carlson SurvPC but will remove prior to sell)
Magnet modules include GIS, GPS+, Optical(total station), Roads, and Robotic. (fully loaded)
Has internal and removable batteries, both keep charge
Comes with soft tip and hard tip stylus, and charger (also has one screen protector installed already)
Bluetooth (long range, class 1), WiFI, camera, etc. (NO CELLULAR MODEM)
Have original box and paperwork to be shipped in.
