Here's a pre-owned Royal Albert Old Country Roses coffee pot with lid.  It is in excellent condition.
The pot measures 7-1/4" tall without the lid and 9-3/4" with the lid to the top of the finial.  Tip of spout to outside edge of handle is 9-inches.  The bottom is marked with the roses and:

Condition:  Excellent condition - no chips, cracks or repairs.  Very minor signs of wear to gold trim. See photos.
