    Description

    Original Antique Vintage K&E Surveyor’s Transit Land Measuring Tripod with Scope and Box.
    The scope has a COPPER
    lens
    cap/protection cover. The cap has splits on the side but still adheres.
    Beautiful Wood Tripod - no straps. The wood stain is absolutely stunning and in great shape.  There is metal at the bottom of each leg.  All the fly nuts to adjust the height of the tripod works.
    Wood Box with Black Metal Engineer's Transit Scope, Brass Plumb Bob Weighs, and a few accessories.
    The Transit has a level bubble.
    The wood box has hinges with 2 closing hooks (no locks). The leather straps are missing/broke off.  There is wear and scratches on the box.
    Marked "K&E  3.5 x 8"
    Heavy - 30 lbs.
    This is a really nice piece.
    Untested - Being Sold "As Is".
    Displays Well.
    This will be shipped in 2 boxes.
    The wood box (Tongue and Grove) measures approx. 6.5" (H) x 13.75" x 11".
    Extended the tripod measures approx. 60".
