Vintage Keuffel & Esser Alidade. Surveying Instrument. Has been in a personal collection for many years. Was restored by a professional years ago. I believe it is not missing any parts and the cross hairs are still there. Moving from old house, so I need to get rid of many things. Great condition for it's age. Sold as is. Good luck!
