HOTTOP ROASTER KN 8828B.
Unit is USED and approx 15 years old. New fan installed about 2 years ago. New controls about 13 years ago.
Heats up great, no issues. If I were to guess, maybe I have done 4  to 5 roasts a month on it since purchase.
Just cleaned with Joe Glo, drum, Collector, Bearing Plate Front Plate, the bearing plate does have ONE non oem screw. New top and rear filter, new fan installed about 2 years ago. Also rear was taken off and all debris blown out with canned air.
Since cleaning it has maybe 5 roasts on it.
Drum sometimes rotates and sometimes not. It just may need a new drum since the prongs seem worn. New motor is 120 new drum is 100. If I give it a spin it catches and starts. It seems to hang up when beans go in.
I am thinking the drum sprocket, if wrapped in foil and inserted spins with no issues.
Cooling try sometimes does not catch while spinning agitator arm. Cooling try with agitator arm about 80.00
I do not gamble, thus the reason why I am trying to sell, vs taking a chance.
Just do not want to sink money into this. Love the machine and if this sells hope to use the funds for a new one, same model. In this economy anything helps and you cannot beat roasting your own beans as well as the price point vs big box or even micro roasters .
