1910 Manual of Instructions Survey Philippine Islands

These are some pretty rare Philippine Islands Manual of Surveying Instructions for Survey their Public Lands.  These were the marching orders for the government surveyors to follow.  I think this is quite a bit more rare than the United Manuals since I have never seen any for sale except these I bought 25 years ago.   I am not a book collector so not familiar with grading standards they use, I will describe the condition as best I can below, I can email additional photos on request
