1876 Centennial Exhibition BLACK LACQUER 5x7x3 SEWING BOX Pictures 5 Buildings
This auction is for a black lacquer sewing box from the 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia.  The wooden box is decorated with views of the 5 primary Exhibition Buildings (Main Building, Agricultural Building, Memorial Hall, Horticultural Hall, and Machinery Hall).  The maximum dimensions are approximately 5 ½” x 7 ½” x 3 ⅜” high.  The condition is VG to Fine with wear to the transfer image on top and there is a space for a tray inside which is missing.  Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other auctions - combine shipping and save.
